It is with great pleasure that I invite you to the international conference hosted by the Korean Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (KSAPS). This event is scheduled to take place from April 19 (Saturday) to April 20 (Sunday), 2025. Starting this year, the name has changed from APS to APS KOREA, and the venue has moved from Gangnam to Yongsan in northern Seoul.

This year marks the 40th anniversary since the first conference was held in 1985. With a rich tradition of 40 years, APS KOREA is committed to continuously embracing new challenges rather than resting on its laurels. We sincerely welcome the innovative ideas and groundbreaking surgical techniques that you propose, as they will help us prioritize patient safety and achieve the best outcomes.

The APS KOREA 2025 conference will provide a platform for sharing your knowledge and experiences. We will also invite world-renowned plastic surgeons to give lectures, offering you the opportunity to enhance your theoretical understanding and surgical skills with confidence and innovation.

We look forward to continuing to challenge and innovate together with you at APS KOREA. I eagerly anticipate meeting you at APS KOREA 2025. Although it is just a two-day event, I hope it will be a meaningful occasion where doctors from around the world can share knowledge, skills, friendship, and understanding.

Finally, I would like to mention that many of Seoul's historical palaces are being restored to their former glory. I encourage you to enjoy the vibrant past, present, and future of Seoul, which continues to evolve each year.

A warm welcome to the APS KOREA 2025

I am delighted to announce the official APS KOREA 2025, our society’s annual international academic conference, which will be held in April 2025. It is a great pleasure to share this news with all KSAPS members and our overseas colleagues in the field of aesthetic plastic surgery.

After several years of online-only events due to COVID-19, we successfully hosted APS 2023 and APS 2024 as in-person events, and both events were a great success. These events gave us the joy of meeting face-to-face and sharing ideas once again. This success has strengthened our belief that our APS is one of the most important platforms for plastic surgeons, not just in Korea, but across Asia, to showcase their skills and creativity.

For this upcoming conference, I am pleased to announce that it will be held at the Seoul Dragon City Hotel in Yongsan, a new and exciting area in Seoul. I am sure that everyone attending will have an amazing experience in this wonderful location.

The conference will cover a wide range of topics, including traditional surgical areas such as blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, breast surgery, and facial contouring, as well as non-surgical topics like minimally invasive procedures, anti-aging, Botox, fillers, thread lifts, laser treatments, liposuction, and hair restoration. Our distinguished speakers will share their expertise and discuss these topics with participants, making this conference a great opportunity to learn and expand our horizons.
